Day 1 | Arrival at Bhubaneswar | Upon arrival at Bhubaneswar airport transfer to hotel. If time permits visit of Nandankanan zoological park (closed on Monday) and Ekamra Haat in the afternoon. Overnight at Bhubaneswar. |
Day 2 | Full day at Bhubaneswar | After breakfast visit of temples and caves of Bhubaneswar. Afternoon free for shopping. Overnight at Bhubaneswar.

Day 3 | Bhubaneswar – Ratnagiri – Udaygiri – Lalitgiri – Bhitarkanika National Park | After breakfast drive to Bhitarkanika National Park visiting Buddhist Diamond Triangle called Ratnagiri – Udayagiri – Lalitgiri. Check into the resort. Overnight at Bhitarkanika. Basic accommodation available. |
Day 4 | Bhitarkanika Nuapatna Weaving Village | Morning cruise to different creeks to spot crocodiles, hunting tower of ancient king, bird sanctuary, project area & museum. Then drive to Bhubaneswar visiting Nuapatna Ikat Weaving village. Overnight at Bhubaneswar. |
Day 5 | BHUBANESWAR – PURI | Morning after breakfast drive to Puri on the way visiting Dhauli (Peace Pagoda), Heerapur (64 Yogini Temple), Pipli (Applique work village) & Raghurajpur (Painting village). Afternoon visit to Puri Jagannath temple (non hindus are not allowed). Overnight at Puri. |
Day 6 | PURI – KONARK – PURI | Morning after breakfast visit to Konark Sun Temple visiting Chandrabhaga beach, ASI Museum (closed on Friday) & Fisherman’s village. Back to Puri and free on the beach market of Puri. Overnight at Puri. |
Day 7 | PURI – SATPADA (CHILIKA LAKE) – GOPALPUR | Morning after breakfast leave for Gopalpur via Satpada at Chilika Lake. Do boating inside the lake to view sea mouth & dolphins. Back to jetty point to board to the other side of the lake. Then continue drive to Gopalpur. Afternoon enjoy the fisherman village and their activities. Overnight at Gopalpur. |
Day 8 | GOPALPUR – TAPTAPANI – RAYAGADA | Morning after breakfast drive to Rayagada visiting Taptapani Hot Sulpher Spring Water and Chandragiri Tibettan settlement. On the way you can also visit few semi tribal villages. Overnight at Rayagada. |
Day 9 | RAYAGADA – CHATIKONA WEEKLY MARKET – JEYPORE | Morning after breakfast leave for Chatikona to view Dongariya Kondh Tribal market. Then drive to Jeypore visiting few mali tribal villages on the way. Overnight at Jeypore. (Market is on Wedneday) |
Day 10 | JEYPORE – ONUKUDELI – JEYPORE | After breakfast visit to Onukudeli to view the most colorful tribes like Bonda, Gadaba & Didayee. Here you can watch them buying as well as barter. Then drive back to Jeypore visiting few Gadaba tribal villages on the way. Overnight at Jeypore. (Market is on Thursday) |
Day 11 | JEYPORE – KUNDULI – JEYPORE – JAGDALPUR | Morning visit to Kunduli market (famous for the biggest vegetable market of Paroja tribes) and their villages. Then return to Jeypore visiting potter’s village, Jagannath temple of Koraput and Koraput Tribal Museum. Overnight at Jeypore. (Market is on Friday) |
Day 12 | JEYPORE – VISAKHAPATNAM | After breakfast drive to Visakhapatnam airport / railway station visiting Manpara weekly market on the way. Then drop at airport / railway station for onward journeys. |
